San Francisco, Cal. – June, 2012 – Based on RadiantGrid’s ability to manage file based workflow and transformation ESPN has just installed a system to handle Standards Conversion from PAL to NTSC with high quality motion compensation via the fully-integrated RadiantGrid plugin from Cinnafilm. Initially implemented for Euro 2012, the RadiantGrid platform will manage various processes as part of a workflow chain that collects the match content from games, then distributes and conforms it into US standards formats commonly used in Quantel and Avid edit suites.
